IF YOU HAVE THIS ACTUAL TALISMAN: Just being in the presence of your talisman and treating it with respect will have a positive benefit. Ask you talisman to guide you. Do not be afraid to open up and pour out your heart and soul. Spend some time in the presence of your talisman in silence so that you can connect more deeply. If you already have a spiritual practice, consider including your talisman into your practice. It is suggested you keep your talisman in a sacred/ special/ respectful place.

The more people in your talisman’s sacred family, the more it gets activated and the more benefit you continue to get.
NOTE 1)
EVEN IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO NOT ACTIVATE YOUR TALISMAN, IT IS MANDATORY TO PASS IT ON TO THE NEXT PERSON.
Holding on to the talisman longer than is necessary (one week) will begin to deactivate your talisman’s positive power and benefits. Keeping it longer than one week, will be considered a lack of respect and will thus begin to produce a negative karmic effect.
NOTE 2)
When you pass on your talisman, please make sure that you also pass on the piece of paper that has the information about your talisman.
If, in the process, the paper has been lost or damaged, either print out a new copy of the image included below (add the name of your talisman on the top line and its number at the bottom).
If you are unable to print the file, at least write out your talisman’s information on a piece of paper. (Name of this website (www.talismanchallenge.com), plus the name and number of your talisman.) For extra karma points, you can also laminate the card.
